The 369 Tribe Experience (369) is a multi-course program grounded in personal and business development.

On this journey you will:

• Explore your identity and discover your talents;
• Learn how to articulate your strengths and the value you bring to future employers, clients, and collaborators; and
• Develop a showcase of your best work as a demonstration of your skills and experience.

These courses unfold like a choose-your-own-adventure experience, inviting you to reflect and redirect as it supports your growth and development. Most of the activities are open-ended and designed to be personalized. This will require you to make intentional individual choices about where to apply your time and energy in support of your future career goals.

369 Tribe is about developing your mindset as much as your skillset. Simply put, you will get out of it what you put in.

There may be activities that push you outside of your comfort zone. That’s OK and expected. At times, even desirable. Growth and development happens when you push through that discomfort. Be brave enough to suck at something new.

The 369 Tribe textbook is You Are The Universe by Helen Marie. This book is gold and truly encapsulates the opportunities and challenges of being a creative. There are no activities that correspond directly to this book. As such, this is not REQUIRED reading, but rather HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The chapters are short and insightful. Consume it in pieces or all at once!

All 369 Tribe virtual class meetings will take place on Google Meet and will always be recorded for future reference.

Activity Submissions

All activity deliverables are to be submitted on the corresponding discussion board. This allows you to see and support the work of your classmates. The discussion boards are a great place for inspiration and encouragement. Feel free to provide each other meaningful feedback. If you feel uncomfortable submitting your work via the discussion board, please reach out to your faculty mentor prior to the deadline to make alternate arrangements.

Stay Connected

Conduct
